Q: How do I Place and Order? A: Start by clicking the
Shop Now Button. You will have to type the address of the US Postal
Service Center or Post Office where you worked. Upon Completion, You will
be given a PASSWORD to enter the Official Sprint US Postal Service Employees
Discount Wireless Store. Click the Begin Shopping Link and Type in Your Password
when Prompted.
Q: Who can take advantage of these discounts?
 A: As part
of the agreement with Sprint Nextel, all Active employees and retirees of the
USPS
who meet Sprint Nextel's eligibility requirements can receive the discounts.
Employees and members of National Star Alliance Contractor’s Association are
also eligible.
Q: If I have an existing account, am I eligible to receive the
discounts? A: Yes, the discounts can be applied to USPS employees
existing accounts as well as new accounts.
Q: Are there any other advantage to USPS employees as part of this
agreement? A: Yes, all activation and shipping fees are waived,
discounted equipment and discounted accessories.

Q: Are Family & Shared plans eligible to receive the monthly service
plan discount? A: Yes

Q: How many phones or accounts can a USPS employee establish under
this agreement? A: Sprint Nextel will apply discounts to five lines
of service. If a request is made for over five lines then additional credit
information is needed.
Q: Is the 25% discount applied to the Simply Everything Plans? A:
The 25% discount does not apply to the Unlimited Simply Everything
plan. The 25% does apply to the 450/900 Everything Data and Everything Messaging
plans.
Q: How will the devices and accessories be delivered? A:
All devices and accessories will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
